I have been in the automotive business for over 32 years. I have been ranked in the Pittsburgh Region for Top 10 Service Advisors for over 11 years with Ford Motor Company. I pride myself on great customer service, and will always be willing to go above and beyond to make sure each and every customer is happy. We have been dealing with Klaben for 18 years ! we recently moved to the west side, about an hour away ! We just leased another car from Klaben and I am willing to drive that hour because of the frien recently moved to the west side, about an hour away ! I went to Klaben for a oil change, and tire rotation, i was very satisfied. and one of the service women named Kim Wolfman checked my battery, we got to talking about my dislikes about the car, i mentioned was very satisfied. and one of the service women named Kim Wolfman checked my battery, we got to talking about my dislikes about the car, i mentioned the seatbelts were all different in the ford escapes, because my seatbelt extenders wont work in my new 2020 and i was told by the salesman who sold me the car that ford does not give them to you free anymore and they cost 100.00 apiece now, and she got on the phone and talked to someone and ordered me one for the front seat and one for the back seat at no cost to me, boy was i shocked and happy, i love her, because i did not want to spend 100.00 for a seatbelt extender. Klaben was very helpful when my car needed a new power steering rack. I had my car towed over and they got it in the shop as soon as possible. The repair took longer than expected so they graciously cover steering rack. I had my car towed over and they got it in the shop as soon as possible. Service is excellent. Everyone is helpful in getting you and your car to the right spot. One comment on masks: the scarf masks or neck gaiter masks are not very protective, according to the news reports. and your car to the right spot.
