Everything went smoothly. I changed my mind about the original Jeep but Kneico made the transition seem less. He was very patient with me and confident that I would get exactly what I wanted. Worst experience as a first time car buyer. Wish I went to Akins, or any other dealership. Honestly disappointed and dissatisfied. Even after expressing that with the office nothing was done and was told t to Akins, or any other dealership. Honestly disappointed and dissatisfied.
