Our agent is Diana Almonte. She graciously opened the door for my mom and I and greeted us with a welcoming smile. It immediately warmed us because she was so inviting. Diana is a phenomenal individual and a fantastic salesperson. She listened to what we had to say and provided empathy. She was able to work her MAGIC and was able to put us into 2022 Hyundai SEL Plus. Black on Black. The color of the car is exactly what I want. I had a 2019 Ford Fusion with a lot of bells and whistles. However, Diana showed us that there was so much more that we were missing out on. For one thing, was the heated seats. I didn't need it however, once my mom sat down in a warm cushy seat, she was in love. and if mom loves it, I love it. My husband is loving the roominess of the car. I love the navigation and LOVE the fact that the car "talks" to me :) Diana was also able to get the payment level that I requested and needed. Her kindness and compassion show that City World Hyundai made an outstanding decision when they added her to your City World Hyundai family. We first came to this dealership because they seemed to have plenty of cars and good prices but we weren't counting on finding Erica! She was the key factor for us to close a deal!!! We came in on a rainy day, mind you I'm 6 months pregnant, and when we went out to look at the cars she made sure to bring an umbrella for me, she was so caring! Seriously, if you ever come in, make sure you ask for her! She's very professional, caring, helpful and kind. When you're in looking for a car, you want to feel and know that it is your decision not theirs, she was not pushy at all, on the contrary, provided plenty of information so we could make an informed decision. Oh! We were also able to meet Kona, the cat!! More
