Relaxed, friendly atmosphere and knowledgeable sales staff. This purchase is Subaru #5 and, down the road, Subaru #6 will most likely be from this dealership. Mike Carlson (sales) and Mike Langandaon (finance) This purchase is Subaru #5 and, down the road, Subaru #6 will most likely be from this dealership. Mike Carlson (sales) and Mike Langandaon (finance) were most helpful guiding me through the auto buying process (maze). I am confident that I got the right car for the right price from Elk Grove Subaru and, I'm happy to recommend them to friends and family. I also look forward to bringing my Outback here for its scheduled maintenance. Kurt Klima took care of the service on 2 of my previous Subarus - a 1995 Legacy Wagon and the 2004 Outback I am replacing. In fact, his move to Elk Grove Subaru was a major factor in choosing to purchase a new car here. I don't think that you could go wrong doing the same. More

Purchased new vehicle in February 2012. Since then, just service maintenance. I say work is "good" only because I don't actually get down and check, say, the oil filter to make sure it was replaced. Oil appeared clean and full, checkover was good, and service technician set tire pressure where we wanted it. Price of service was competitive. Very pleasant to deal with EG Subaru, with both our new car, and our old. More

I have rated Elk Grove Subaru all 5s because the customer service and my overall experience there was outstanding. All the employess were helpful and curtious. I didn't feel any presure to rush on my decis service and my overall experience there was outstanding. All the employess were helpful and curtious. Mike Waller was of great professional help in making my purchase easy. There were no hidden costs or add ups later on. He was kind enough to give me a ride from my home to the dealership to pick up my Suba purchase easy. There were no hidden costs or add ups later on. The sales representative, Bob Haley, was very friendly, low-pressure, and worked with us to get a great deal on the vehicle. Prior to working with Bob, we had visited Elk Grove Subaru when we were just sta low-pressure, and worked with us to get a great deal on the vehicle. Prior to working with Bob, we had visited Elk Grove Subaru when we were just starting our car search. At that time we worked a bit with Alex and Paul Lanza. Everyone we encountered was helpful and informative, and willing to work with us. Asked some questions of Kurtis Klima about our newly purchased car, and he was quite helpful, too. Omar Feda made all the paper signing go smoothly (and who likes all of that endless paperwork?!). He was pleasant, and when he had to try to sell the extended warranty, again it was not high-pressure. Overall, great experience. Would definitely recommend the dealership to others looking for a Subaru. More

My husband and I recently bought a certified used tribeca and were traveling up to lake Tahoe from San Jose when we noticed that the passenger side glove box/ dash sprung a leak inside the car. Worried that and were traveling up to lake Tahoe from San Jose when we noticed that the passenger side glove box/ dash sprung a leak inside the car. Worried that we would have to cancel our trip to get it fixed we called the nearby dealerships to see if we could bring it by for a diagnosis. Maita Subarus service gave us the standard answer that we'd have to make an apt tomorrow morning and then leave it for the day to be diagnosed. We then called elk grove Subaru and they told us to come on by. Service consultant kurtis Klima quickly diagnosed the issue by jumping in himself to figure out the problem. It turned out to be relatively a simple fix, which he did himself. We were in and out in less than an hour and now back on the road. Thank you Kurtis for your prompt, friendly, and professional customer service. More
