It is always nice to get a loaner car so it makes the service experience less stressful. I like the communication, I got several texts from Michelle so I knew what was going on and there were no surprises at the end. Even though this is not my nearest dealership, it is the best value and it is always nice for it to be washed and clean. It was immaculate at pick up.

I had a suspension noise issue with my car since delivery, back in February, 2017. I had previously taken it to another dealership who were unable to diagnose and fix the problem. This dealership was very professional. Cory the foreman was very knowledgeable , thorough and clearly explained their process. They were able to fix the issue and explain the full process. Fantastic Customer Service.
