I started working at Brandon Tomes Subaru in December 2012 but I've been in the industry since February 2012. My goal is to make sure that every customer loves their experience while shopping online or in person. My beautiful wife and I love just spending time together or taking our 2 boys to find new places to see or new things to do. We love visiting Zoos, aquariums and we're always looking to find the best Tacos, Pasta or Teriyaki in the area. I love doing photography and have had a passion for cars since I was young. Subaru has been a passion of mine for years and I've had the pleasure of having 5 Subarus including my most recent 2022 WRX GT.

Sales representative Stone and his management team along with finance made this the smoothest transaction in my car buying experience. They treated my young driver, daughter, as an adult and gave her plent with finance made this the smoothest transaction in my car buying experience. Just purchased my second Subaru at Brandon Tomes Subaru, and this experience was even better than the first. While at the dealership everyone I encountered was very friendly, personable, and professional. W and this experience was even better than the first. While at the dealership everyone I encountered was very friendly, personable, and professional. When any of the staff saw me they checked to ensure that I had been helped, and offered me some water. I was able to work with Michael Gonzalez again, who was the sales consultant on my first purchase at this dealership. We test drove the 2023 WRX I ended up purchasing, and talked about the numbers. I had not done all of my due diligence on the vehicle, and associated costs, so I let them know that I need to take some time to get that done. Nico Reese came to talk to me before I left the dealership to ensure that I had everything that I needed, and offered to help with the research I felt I still needed to get done. At no time was there pressure on me to stay and by the vehicle right now. I researched the interest rates, as well as the insurance rates. I let Michael know where I was at, and asked if they could do a couple of things for me, and he said he thought they could get that done. The next day he sent me the new worksheet with the revised numbers. I filled out a credit application before going back to the dealership. Since I did not have a trade in I needed a ride to the dealership, and Clay Phillips came to pick me up at my house. I was in, and out of the dealership in about 45 minutes? Clay was super helpful taking care of the remaining paperwork, and Ana in finance was super helpful, and super quick to get the paperwork done. I appreciate everyone that I worked with to get this purchase completed. I could not be happier with the transaction, as well as my 2023 WRX. More
