Amazing service since you walk in! I had the opportunity to speak with Mr. Baltazar Lopez and I was extremely surprised about his kindness and clarity while talking about the option I had the opportunity to speak with Mr. Baltazar Lopez and I was extremely surprised about his kindness and clarity while talking about the options I had. My lease was about to expire, and Mr. Lopez not only provided great information about the options I had, he heard my needs, my expectations and he also passed on the correct message to the managers. While me, my mom and my son waited, we were kindly offered food, and that was another plus to the experience. Great team effort! Baltazar, Lisa, Alex and Melissa exceeded my expectations, they all made my day and I am very happy now with my new CRV. I highly recommend Coral Springs Honda! More
