Even though I had been looking at other cars at other places, he didn't make me feel like I HAD TO BUY. In fact, he made sure in every way that this vehicle was 100% what I wanted. I starred at all the new buttons like (o.O) but no worries, Lou went over and beyond in detail and length, explaining every button and feature. By time we were done, he already had me hooked up to the GMC app and OnStar. I literally had to do nothing. It’s always a pleasure working with Lou Cerota and Pelligrino Buick GMC. We went in absolutely not expecting to leave with a vehicle, only to test drive and plan ahead for our upcoming lease ending. Not only did we leave with a car, it was one I already swore I wouldn’t purchase because I have never bought and don’t like cars that color. I love the car (Envision) and Lou helped us work a good deal to end our other lease a little early. Everything went very efficiently with the paperwork on a tablet and only took minutes. Everyone at the dealership was very nice and helpful. We just won’t go to anyone other than a Pelligrino owned dealership. For us it’s about how we are treated as much as it is about price. (Don’t tell my husband I said that!) More

A stressful situation was turned into a blessing in disguise. Lou went above and beyond to ensure our buying experience was amazing!! He was up front about issues on one vehicle we were interested in and gave us honest advice on our purchase when we were considering another car that cost more then our SUV. It wasn’t about the money for him it was about the connection. He beat us to the door and when I seen his mini ducky I knew it was a sign for us we were in good hands! Not to mention he was baby approved!! He entertained our 8 month old so we can get the vital information we needed and was so attentive to our needs!! He was a “one stop shop” with all the resolutions we needed!! He has totally earned his ranking in the company and I will be recommending him to business associates, friends and family!! More
