This was the second time I utilized Peter Herman as my service/sales associate and again Peter did an outstanding job servicing my vehicle for a slow tire leak and rim repair. He went over and beyond to ensure my concerns were addressed (checked the tire 3 times before identifying the problem) and then negotiated with the warranty company to ensure I did not pay any costs for repair and tire replacement. Peter is a truly a knowledgeable professional and would recommend him to any consumer desiring maintenance or service. FIVE STAR RATING!!!! On a side note, I would recommend that service attendees use gloves when driving cars to and from the service areas. Leaving smudges and slamming doors should be avoided. More

I purchased a Mercedes Benz GLE 350 from the Annapolis Dealership at the end of May 2021. Mr. Chris Perkins was our salesperson and from start to finish he was phenomenal...and I was NOT an easy case. I a Dealership at the end of May 2021. Mr. Chris Perkins was our salesperson and from start to finish he was phenomenal...and I was NOT an easy case. I am military and requested to have my vehicle registered out of state. Seems simple enough, but my particular state put the dealership through the ringer---a few grueling months of daunting, never-ending paperwork requests, stalls and delays. Some items were even requested duplicate times. Frustrating, I thought I'd never receive my registration this side of Earth :), but I knew Chris & the team were doing everything they could to keep the process moving forward and keeping me informed appropriately. Finally, the registration is complete and I am very pleased with the outstanding professionalism and fortitude Chris displayed throughout the process. I was waiting for him to toss me to the wayside at any moment, lol. I absolutely believe I was his most complicated customer, the ones you never forget. Not to mention Chris was very patient, polite and knowledgeable on the lot inventory and helped me choose the best vehicle. The actual purchase was seamless and quick. The process, minus the registration, was A+ in my book. Chris was the best and I wouldn't hesitate to buy from him again...if he'd have me! I highly recommend Chris and the Mercedes Benz of Annapolis location. It's a small venue, but the customer service and high quality treatment you'll receive are unmatched.
