Larry Holder was incredible!!!!!! I had been looking for a 2013-2014 Lexus RX350 for six straight days on the internet, and had dealings with dealers in Smyrna Georgia, Knoxville, TN, I had been looking for a 2013-2014 Lexus RX350 for six straight days on the internet, and had dealings with dealers in Smyrna Georgia, Knoxville, TN, Manchester, KY, Corbin, KY, St Petersburg, FL and Chattanooga, TN. No one in any of these locations was as professional, caring, or possessed the tremendous listening skills that Larry Holder and Nick Simmons at Lexus of Chattanooga displayed. The entire process was pleasant and painless. I bought the car I wanted at the price that I wanted and received the trade-in value of my car that I wanted. Owning the car less than 24 hours, I pulled out of my garage today to wash and wax it, and did not realize that the right rear passenger was open. I did $5,000.00 damage to the car and it will be at the body shop for two weeks. Needless to say, I am sick over the whole thing. Ashley Fletcher More

Sharon and Larry Holder assisted a friend, who test drove the car for me, since I live out of town. Upon my arrival at the dealership, Sharon, Marcus and Larry Holder combined efforts to get the paper work done and the car delivered. Larry Holder even chauffeured me to the rental car return at the airport to drop off my rental car. Sharon Banks coordinated the whole deal!
