We decided late Monday night to go to Grand Prairie Ford to just look at the new F-250. We met with Jackie Mercer and told him a few specifics we were looking for and he said give me a minute and I'll pull to just look at the new F-250. We met with Jackie Mercer and told him a few specifics we were looking for and he said give me a minute and I'll pull one up for you to look at. He pulled up the perfect truck! We then had a no hassle, laid back review of the pricing, no low balling on our trade and no hidden fees. It was the last day of the month and they were getting really busy but Jackie kept his calm demeanor the entire time. Even called us the next day to check in and thank us again! If you want a 5 star experience please be sure to go see Jackie Mercer. He'll change the way you view car salesmen! Plus we LOVE our new F-250!! More

All was great until finance. I felt really pushed to buy warranty. I would have appreciated time to decide, at least 3days. Finance guy seemed very unfriendly once he realized we would not buy the warranty. warranty. I would have appreciated time to decide, at least 3days. They tried to send in a closer but that made the experience much more frustrating at this point I no longer wanted the car. The pressure was just overboard. I was already paying more than I intended as the add on the internet was misleading about the rebate. Then to be told that the warranty would cost more and no offer to add it later on after thinking about it..well totally turned my great experience with sales to wanting to go elsewhere to buy. When I started to pack up to leave the closer quickly exited to save the sale. The paperwork was printer and I could feel the disdain from the finance guy who did not make his warranty sell. I was not informed of any payment details or how we would be contacted. Just instructed where to sign stick in envelope and told to wait in another room. Finance guy seemed to be angry with us. I waited to write this when I calmed down, and I still can't give 5 stars to the dealership, but you have an excellent sales team. More
