They are quick to help you buy a vehicle. Sitting around for hours waiting for someone to help you pays off when you get the car you want but the AfterSales is Poor God help you if you need help. Regrettably I need help and all I get is the runs around because you have a bunch of people who doesn’t want to do anything. All I need is the serial number for LoJack they put on the vehicle and I have been getting the run around for the past couple of weeks. Each time I called oh I will call you back and no one ever does. You have to basically plan to call several times for the day and it’s frustrating enough that you are taking the time to do so. I will never recommend anyone to this company or will I ever be a repeat customer. They don’t remember that they are consumers themselves and how will they feel if different people was giving you the run around and still no resolution. Simply put “they don’t care!” Well when people decided to go to other dealerships to reduce the headaches especially when enough customers complain then no more customers and you have no business! Check out BBB and see all the other complaints! I wish I had. More
