Lenny was very personable and quite knowledgeable regarding the vehicles we considered. We decided upon a Nissan Maxima SR and could not be happier with the vehicle and experience with Lenny. I came into Nissan not expecting to actually get a car that day. The car shopping process had been miserable the past month, so my expectations were low. I met with Kristian and he was super personable an that day. The car shopping process had been miserable the past month, so my expectations were low. I met with Kristian and he was super personable and helped me understand all of the lease deals, helped me find exactly what I was looking for, at the price I was looking for, and I actually drove off in a brand new car that day. I was really happy with the customer service; from Kristian, to Julia in the finance office, the kind cashier, the other sales consultants and employees, everyone was really nice, welcoming, and helpful. I am really happy with my new car and overall experience! More
