Mr. Butterfield is the best. He conveys patience and professionalism in a manner that eases customer anxiety. He has assisted with the leasing process not only of my cars, but also for my son and daugh professionalism in a manner that eases customer anxiety. Another potential customer who accompanied me during my most recent visit, is now considering trading in his vehicle, and looks forward to working directly with Mr. Butterfield. Kent was also wonderful and conveyed a very helpful and positive attitude which resulted a positive outcome and the finance person was outstanding. Everyone I worked with during the leasing process was great. I highly recommend this dealership. More

My experience with Toyota was very very bad. After I was told I received the car, and signed the contract, and asked to give a good review, which I did Dino White the Finance Officer contacted m After I was told I received the car, and signed the contract, and asked to give a good review, which I did Dino White the Finance Officer contacted me on Saturday 7/29/2023 to let me know he had a better offer which is lower in payment and should come in to sign some documents. I told him to leave the contract we signed off on and he said he is doing me a favor. When I turn up on Saturday, Dino told me that in order to get that deal I would need to pay $2000 more on the $6800 down-payment. I told him to let the old contract stay but he declined. I told him to give me until Thursday, 8/03/2023 to pay the additional $2000 and he again declined and said if I cannot give him the $2000 by Sunday, 7/30/2023 I must take back the 2021 Jeep I traded in and return the Toyota. I was very heart broken, disappointed and I must say this is the worse experience I every had dealing with a car dealer. Just imagine having a car for a week and showing your families and friends and it is just taken away. I am really disappointed with Al Hendricks because when you believe you just got a vehicle it is taken away. As Dino stated he had up to 45 days to take that vehicle and there is nothing that can be done about it. To the behavior Dino exhibit this dealer is only for a certain class of people, even though I told him I would absorbed the addional $2000 he never gave me a chance. I have to canceled the insurance and coming 8/7/2023 I will have to pay the insurance company $102 also the insurance company said the week I have the car I will have to pay an extra amount. More
