My name is Lexus...yes, just like the car! You can say that I was born to work for Toyota. I have a background in Management, HR, and Accounting with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. However, I am not a salesman. I just like to help people and happen to sell a car in the process. My past experiences at car dealerships as a customer (especially a female customer), have been uncomfortable, stressful and sometimes degrading. The moment I walked into Freeman for an interview 2 years ago, I knew it was different and I wanted to work here. There was no one hassling me before I walked inside and once I was inside, everyone was just friendly. If you have had the same unpleasant experiences elsewhere, I want to help to give you the best and easiest car buying experience. I recently traded for a new 2023 Toyota 4Runner with Freeman Toyota. Lexy Jaramillo was my sales representative. Lexy works in internet sales and helped and guided me through the entire process. Lexy wa Freeman Toyota. Lexy Jaramillo was my sales representative. Lexy works in internet sales and helped and guided me through the entire process. Lexy was kind, helpful and patient addressing all of my questions and concerns . She took and sent pictures of the two 4Runners that I was interested in and explained in detail the features of each. I received a fair trade in price and a great sales price. ( I highly recommend listening to Jerry Reynolds’ CarPro show and using his website with his dealers.) My new 4Runner was delivered to my home and my trade in picked up by Freeman. Everyone from Lexy, the folks in financing to the delivery driver were great. I was completely satisfied with everything and everyone in dealing with Freeman Toyota! More
