She was knowledgeable about my forester and was able to share some first hand experiences. She was not pushy nor had the attitude that today was the only day that vehicle was available. I am impressed by Long’s willingness to hire a woman. We need to demonstrate to our youth that women and men have an equal opportunity to all walks of life. How can a young woman know that she could be a salesperson, car mechanic or a young man know he could be a receptionist. More

After we explained what we were looking for she recommended that we test drive We met with Lisa Courchaine and she was very professional and patient. After we explained what we were looking for she recommended that we test drive the Forrester and the Crosstrek. Because the Forrester has more back seat legroom we decided to buy that. Lisa was able to get us a price that we felt was fair and we are very happy with our purchase. They even have free GoldFish!!! More

She was very easy to talk to and made my brother and I feel comfortable with the entire Lisa Courchaine was very open and honest right from the start. Soon after I purchased the used 2015 Impreza there was a small issue with it and Charlie in the repair shop was extremely helpful and quick and covered the repair under my warranty and now the car runs mint. No complaints at all. Long Subaru is fantastic and they stand by their product! More

Our sales consultant Lisa was informative without ever making a tiresome sales pitch. Her belief in the quality of the Forester is obvious (she has one herself), but she was never pushy. She seemed to genuinely want my husband and I to be happy with our purchase. I appreciated the quick and reasonable estimate without all of the back-and-forth games most dealerships require to get the best price. Ray was upfront about any extras and helped us decide which might be a good fit for our particular needs. There was no pressure from Lisa or Ray to buy additional accessories or protection plans. The focus was truly on what we wanted and what best suited our needs. Thank you! We will definitely be back when we need to make our next purchase! More
