"Simply the best!"
I have been dealing with this dealership and these folks for decades now having purchased and leased over 25 vehicles for myself and my wife, children, and other family members. Simply put, for a FAIR, HONEST, and pleasant overall experience in the sales process and the Service Department this dealership just can't be beaten. From ownership to the people who wash your car following a service visit everyone is professional, friendly, courteous and will go the extra mile to see that you leave not just satisfied, but completely satisfied and HAPPY! Highly recommend this place!!!
"Poor Customer Service"
Back in August I was given a fabulous deal on a new Lincoln MKZ. In March the leather seats started wearing on the sides and as of today still not repaired. Lawrenceville Service and the extra protection plan state it is not covered - however, the protection plan is making a one time exception and if it happens again, they will not cover. Not sure why that is as the wear is on the side of the seats and it is not where you sit and I have only had the car for 9 months..
Also, with Lincoln you get a loaner car when your vehicle is in for service. On March 4, I receive a violation from NJ EZpass for $105 and it was in my name and my work address. I called Lawrenceville and they said they would take care of. Today I received another notice. Told it was taken care of but they will send out another check. UNBELIEVABLE. I did work with Liz and she is very friendly and helpful but she was only communicating to me what she was told. There was no followup
Great deal but if you are looking for customer service and a dealership that stands behind their product, this is not the one.
Great service, beautiful vehicles, no hassle salesmaen, BEST pricing around, and always makes the best deals in New Jersey and the surrounding areas. My family,friends, and Co workers have been satisfied and came back with others along with themselves to buy more vehicles. Thanks to the wonderful work of owner Tony, and finance manager Anthony James. Great Job

I am a very discerning buyer, and with the birth of my first child was on the hunt for the perfect vehicle. This dealership was incredibly patient with me as I managed my car search during the end of my pregnancy and those busy first few months after our son was born. I wanted to buy form them because they didn't pressure or hover--they let me explore and trial the vehicles and take as long as I needed to make my decision, which in my case was a while. No harassing sales calls, no pressure tactics, just great folks who answered every question I had promptly.
With so much changing in my life, I looked at quite a few vehicles before I found my exact perfect fit, a new Ford Edge with the latest software. I tried a few Lincolns and a Ford and made a handful of visits to the dealer before I felt confident that I had exactly the right match for our new lifestyle. While I was low on sleep and trying to manage my car search in stolen moments here and there, the dealership really came through for me, looking into every detail and feature I wanted and dealing transparently and fairly with me.
As the car I wanted hadn't yet been released at the time I was searching, the dealership continued to search for me until they found one in stock so I wouldn't have to wait any longer than necessary. I am extremely happy with the kind, courteous, patient and professional service I received, and will absolutely recommend this dealership to others. Fantastic job! I love my car and feel terrific about my purchase!
