He utilized FaceTime so I could see my car. When I arrived he had a sales associate Alexxio to take good care of me and Bill Gooden in finance was amazing. His warm personality made my buying experience superb. I came back to the dealership to pick up mats and my license plates and the warm customer greetings from Mr. Howell, Alexxio and Mr. Gooden continued. The genuine care and compassion is authentic at this dealership. My bmw genius Emery Draughn helped to install my plates, mats and sunvisor in the trunk along with Darren Ellis.
