EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!!! I went to Elk Grove Toyota to see if I might be able to qualify for financing on a used Scion Xb. When I came onto the lot Long was there to greet me I went to Elk Grove Toyota to see if I might be able to qualify for financing on a used Scion Xb. When I came onto the lot Long was there to greet me and convinced me to look into seeing if I would qualify for the new 2015 Scion Xb, I didn't have much hope because my credit is less than perfect but he worked INCREDIBLY hard for me and I was able to leave with a brand new car! I don't think anyone was as surprised as I was lol I had am awesome experience and I'm telling everyone who will listen about Elk Grove Toyota More

Excellent experience Salesman Long Truong of Elk Grove Toyota and associates assisted us in purchasing a 2016 Corrola. We wanted the Costco-price-deal and they gave it. Bu Salesman Long Truong of Elk Grove Toyota and associates assisted us in purchasing a 2016 Corrola. We wanted the Costco-price-deal and they gave it. But there was more, by financing a small portion instead of paying cash we got a $1500 rebate from Toyota. I really feel that Mr Truong was looking out for us. We'll be coming back for more. He is a terrific person and made sure I knew what maintenance was due at the time of my visit. He managed to get the work done in a timely manner so that my vehicle was returned to me as quickly as possible. During the past week we decided to replace our 2007 4Runner with a new one. I had researched a 2016 model over the internet so I had a good idea of what I wanted before going to Elk Grove Toyota. When we got to the dealership we were greeted by Mr. Long Truong. I told Mr. Truong that I was interested in a 4Runner. He took us around the lot where we looked at several used 4Runners. I was not able to find one to my liking and asked to see a 2016 model. We found one that I liked and were able to come to a price that I found acceptable. Mr. Truong was very courteous and he knew a lot about the new 4Runners I did not expect to find a car salesman that was so easy to work with. If you need service or are looking for a new or used Toyota Elk Grove Toyota is the place to go. More
