Love the family atmosphere where they care about each customer. The service is over the top and that is the case with every employee that I interacted with. We ordered our car with Brockton and Smith Mercedes Benz and they were extremely helpful. We had worked with other dealerships who were only interested in pushing what they had on their lot, not in selling and they were extremely helpful. We had worked with other dealerships who were only interested in pushing what they had on their lot, not in selling us what we wanted. We now have the CLS we wanted thanks to Brockton's persistence. Worst experience of my life. They have no interest in customer satisfaction or providing the Mercedes experience. Brand new car and delivery was basically " here are your keys" They have no interest in customer satisfaction or providing the Mercedes experience. Brand new car and delivery was basically " here are your keys" Took 20 mins to get comfortable in car before I could drive it. They probably shouldnt sell highline cars. 2023 AMG C43 is a great car though. I do Love the car. Sales person even took off the spare key key chain from my new car when I wasnt looking so he could have it for the trade in! How petty. Then again, the first car only had one key chain. Maybe its their policy...lol. I guess even 78k car doesnt get a second little leather key chain. Doesnt matter really, just shows the state of mind there. More
