She was extremely professional, kind and a team player with her office associates. I decided to buy out my lease and she worked tirelessly to make it happen, in tandem with Lou Germano who works in Finance. I would recommend that anyone shopping around for Dealer options give Denooyer Chevrolet a try. Just stop in and speak with someone. Although I no longer lease from them - I will still be bringing my vehicle here for some service when due, because they have taken great care of my car. More

Lack of Trust and Service I had to take my car to a second garage to identify ACTUAL problem to my car. DeNooyer wanted $260 for a problem that did not exist! A bad wheel bearing I was told was an "environmental" problem that was not covered by my costly extended warranty. I have had 3 issues with this used car and none were corrected in a timely, professional, courteous manner. This time after making light of their extreme oversight, I was barely spoken to when picking up my car, and wasn't directed to where it was parked accurately. After walking the ENTIRE lot, I found my car so closely parked to the cars on both sides I could barely get in. I have so much more to say about this interaction, but it's not worth the time. More
