Best Dealership I just purchased a new CX5, and everyone from start to finish, was great! Would recommend this dealer with some precautions I bought a 2018 Mazda CX-9 GT. Initially they promised me a fixed monthly payment on which we agreed on it and I also confirmed that the decided price I bought a 2018 Mazda CX-9 GT. Initially they promised me a fixed monthly payment on which we agreed on it and I also confirmed that the decided price of the car won't change as it was a Sunday and the banks were closed so they told me to come on Monday to finish the loan paperwork. When I went the next day, Louis came to me telling me that my interest got higher and my monthly payments will go up and they refused to sign the deal according to previously decided numbers. They put a lot of hard inquiries on my credit report which screwed up my overall credit. If they cannot promise something then they should not jump to numbers just to sell the car and get their commissions. I would suggest to all the future customers to record all the conversations between you and the sales representative as proof so they don't change their statements, just be aware. They also owed me a remote engine start installation which I have call them several times to get me an appointment for installation. This clearly states that once they sell the car to you, they stop caring about you. They finally got the price closer to what we had agreed to at the first time but it took a lot of hassle and negotiation which proves bad customer service. More

Wonderful staff and even better deal! I had been shopping around for a car for a couple months. I had even come to this dealership in the past to test drive, and they were friendly and kno I had been shopping around for a car for a couple months. I had even come to this dealership in the past to test drive, and they were friendly and knowledgeable, and they didn't pressure me buy right then. They were confident in their cars and what their cars have to offer. And that confidence really makes an impression when dealing with so many different dealerships, cars, and salespeople. I had returned a second time a few months later and that feeling was still there of helpful and knowledgeable salespeople without that sales pressure. When I finally decided to make a purchase, Chris was extremely helpful, and truly worked with me to get me the best deal possible. You see a lot of stories on the internet about how car salesmen are only out for themselves, but not all of them are. They are doing their job, trying to get you the best deal possible on the right vehicle. And yes, they are a business too, but the difference here is that car sales isn't a "Winner take all" affair. Both sides can win. The dealer can still be a business while helping the customer get an amazing deal. And that's exactly what Chris did. It was a no hassle purchase and I got a fantastic deal thanks to the effort of him and his team. And to add to the experience, there was even an error they had made in the calculations, and instead of trying to throw it back on me saying "sorry, we made an error, you have to pay X more", they just accepted the responsibility that it was an error on their side and I really appreciated that honesty and them taking responsibility. Their finance team even worked with me to get an even better rate of financing than I had initially been approved for. Now I have 0% interest where I was initially approved for 3.68%. I highly recommend Mazda of Roswell and will certainly be looking forward to working with them again. And I absolutely Love my Mazda 6 Signature! More
