If there was a way to give -5 stars I would. We leased an Alfa Romeo Tonale about 6 months ago. The car has been having an issue overheating for the past few months. We dropped off the car for a few weeks at the time at Alfa of Ramsey to fix the issue. They never gave us a loaner no matter how much we begged. They take their sweet time and never fix the issue. They return the car and it overheats. We have a new car for 6 months, 3 of which we couldn’t use. We pay a lease for a useless car that has terrible service!! Beware!! Do not buy an Alfa Romeo and do not use Alfa of Ramsey!! It’s a lousy car with lousy service!!! More

Service dept. is more like lack of service. My wife's 2012 Fiat 500 had a recall that she was never apprised of. When, because of this defect, her car became ino is more like lack of service. My wife's 2012 Fiat 500 had a recall that she was never apprised of. When, because of this defect, her car became inoperable, I called the service dept. to see how soon I could bring it in. I was told it would be 2 weeks. I asked if there was any way I could drop off the vehicle earlier and if they had a cancellation they could squeeze it in. I was given a flat "NO". Not what I call customer service!!! More
