I emailed Luis on Sunday not thinking he would receive my email until Monday AM. To my surprise, Luis responded Sunday afternoon confirming my decision change. Once my car arrived, Luis thoroughly reviewed the owners manual with us specific to my model. His obvious passion and care for his customers is refreshing. We knew we were not just a sale to him.
