He explained the details of purchasing the vehicle, showing us how the new technology works in the vehicle and even highlighting areas in the car's book manual to provide more information on the operating system of the car. Luis shows great care, concern and dedication for the individuals he is dealing with in the purchasing of a vehicle and their questions. His customer service skills and dedication are Excellent!!! In the Finance Department, Ben Jones, was also Excellent! He took his time to explain in detail the breakdown of the numbers and what the cost would be. Ben also showed care and concern for our questions and would go over the details again patiently if there was something we did not understand. His dedication to the clientele is Excellent!!! Overall, we had a positive experience with Zimmerman Honda. They made the process of buying a certified preowned car easy. Luis was very helpful and patient with us, and he is an honest car salesman. Un Honda. They made the process of buying a certified preowned car easy. Luis was very helpful and patient with us, and he is an honest car salesman. Unfortunately, our car's battery had a short and died two days after purchase. This was unexpected being that we assumed the car's inspection would have caught a bad battery. Working with Honda Care was difficult because they couldn't find our policy since we had just bought the car two days before. Fortunately when Honda Care contacted Zimmerman, Zimmerman Honda was able to confirm our car was covered. When we brought the car in to be serviced at the dealership, the battery was determined to be bad and needed to be replaced. Technically, batteries are not covered by the warranty. Nonetheless, Zimmerman covered the costs for us since we had just purchased the car days before. Obviously I would have preferred to have no issues, but Zimmerman Honda took care of the problem in a fair way. More
