Leasing a Pathfinder from Nissan of Sacramento a year and a half ago was painless! Carlos and his team were amazing 👏 👏👏 Carlos is hysterical and made the process fun🤣. GREAT hopes and determined to satisfy our mission for a new When greated by Johnny Lam, Omar B. was directed to assist us while Johnny was already assisting another customer. During my visit Omar B. had politel When greated by Johnny Lam, Omar B. was directed to assist us while Johnny was already assisting another customer. During my visit Omar B. had politely asked to have a seat and began to collect personal information of what my interest was when purchasing a vehicle. Omar then provided information of services that were available in the entire building. Omar was persistent and polite while I was waiting in the office. Meanwhile Johnny and Omar gathered information to get me into a great deal and financing, and also suggested a vehicle that would be a good fit for my personal needs. We all know it can be a long process while waiting. Well I then at one point, was tired and almost walked out: because of my lack of patience. However; Omar continued to entertain, by explaining the process thats was needed to purchase a vehicle. Then Johnny followed up and made sure I was in good hands and I was going to be able to purchase a vehicle. I didn't think I could but Johnny Lam & Omar B. Prove to me and made it possible. In addition Johnny Lam & Omar B. Provided great customer service, professionalism and I want to thank you for helping me with what I needed. Christiana R. At the final pruchase was polite professional and congratulated me and provided assurance that my purchase comes with routine maintenance and other services needed and the BMW I traded in was taken care of through the process.
