The finance person generated a false charge re issuing a duplicate title. I've left nine phone messages to the finance department which were not answered. My email to general manager Luis Santillan was answered by Alex Morales who did not resolve the issue and has not called back after saying he would, and after my leaving subsequent messages over weeks. The issue is still unresolved. The initial sales experience was poor - stretching out until after 9 pm on a Sunday and including several mistakes. These are repeated poor business practices. I recommend avoiding this dealership. More
