He made the auto-buying process so easy - he helped me talk through different model options, clearly and concisely explained and his services enough. He made the auto-buying process so easy - he helped me talk through different model options, clearly and concisely explained my lease terms, handled the back-end paperwork for the DMV, and even brought the vehicle to my office for delivery! I can imagine that many would feel their obligations would end after the transaction is complete but Patrick has been incredibly responsive for a few issues that have popped up with getting permanent plates from the DMV. They say that "good people are hard to find these days" - if you want to solve that problem once and for all, you ought to call Patrick and have him assist with your car buying experience. After test driving the vehicle we had it checked out by our trusted mechanics at Johnny Good Automotive, they deemed it mechanically sound so we decided to buy it. Kurt exceeded our expectations and followed through on the things that had been evaluated as needing to be repaired on the Tundra. The detailing that went into the truck made it appear showroom presentable (including a steam cleaned engine compartment). The paper work was straightforward when purchasing the new vehicle. Kurt is a very experienced Auto Broker, his no-nonsense approach was appreciated. He also handled our trade-in and got us the best possible price.
