Sales and management was great! The finance was a HORRIBLE experience. We now question the reliability of the vehicle that we purchased as we were told that the electrical will go The finance was a HORRIBLE experience. We now question the reliability of the vehicle that we purchased as we were told that the electrical will go down after 3 years and that would cost us $2000 to $3000.00. We just purchased a Subaru with another dealership and the financing was fast, easy and zero pressure. We now have buyers remorse as we're afraid of the vehicle's electrical going bad. More

We are so grateful to Makayla, Jeff, Sammy, James, and Asia for taking excellent care of us, answering all our questions, and welcoming us to the Subaru family. Subaru has excellent ratings for customer service and the buying experience on Consumer Reports, and US News and World Reports connected us with Ken Ganley Subaru with their best price guarantee. We are so happy with how everything turned out. We took home a new, Subaru Forester, and we’re loving it! We highly recommend this dealership, and based on the atmosphere, I think anyone there would take great care of their customers, but we especially recommend Jeff. Jeff had an easy, no xx approach, and he showed great patience with us and gave us space during our decision making process. I highly recommend making an appointment like we did. It gives the dealership time to cultivate a wonderful experience. I am not a phone call person, but talking with Makayla and Jeff was a pleasure. Sammy had brought out all the Foresters, so we could compare options and colors, and he had the biggest smile and friendliest demeanor as he pointed out which was which. James had a vibrant, friendly energy, and he also showed great patience as we discussed add on options, such as extending maintenance, gap insurance, etc. He asked good questions to try and make customized recommendations for our needs, and he really nailed it. He gave his professional opinions, but he also gave us space to discuss and decide what was right for us. In other words, Jeff and James made sure we left happy and satisfied with exactly what we wanted, so neither of us experienced buyers’ remorse when we got home. Asia was the cashier, and she was also friendly and patient with us while we worked through our bank’s security process. One huge advantage with this dealership that I had not experienced with any other is that Jeff personally walked us through all the features of our new Forester after the purchase, so we know how to use everything. Not only that, but he also set us up with an appointment a couple weeks out with Robert who will review all the features with us again and answer any questions that we may have after owning our new vehicle for a couple weeks. This type of customer service and follow-up is truly exceptional. TL;DR: We highly recommend this dealership; ask for Jeff! :) More
