I came to this Kia for the same exact reason for 3 visits. It took till the third visit and me being persistent on something being wrong for them to truly find what was wrong with my vehicle. Where if visits. It took till the third visit and me being persistent on something being wrong for them to truly find what was wrong with my vehicle. Where if they actually took the time and looked at it the first time I could’ve avoided multiple trips back and not having a car. And then when they did find what was wrong with it they told me they couldn’t even do anything for it and I had to go somewhere else. And I asked before I left if they could put my cabin air filter back in my car at least for me. And when I got it back it wasn’t put in and my car passenger seat was all the way back with stuff in the drivers seat. Not happy with the service from here and won’t be back. Kelly in Service who deals with customers, was very nice and helpful throughout the whole process. If I ever came back it would be because of her. More

Pleasant reception even though I was 15 minutes late for my appointment (spent circling between East Rochester and Fairport due to poor directions from the Kia GPS directions. Wait for the inspection and oi my appointment (spent circling between East Rochester and Fairport due to poor directions from the Kia GPS directions. Wait for the inspection and oil change was reasonable. No cost for the oil change and inspection was a plus. Parking however in that small lot wasn't all that great. Overall the experience was ok. More

I didnt have an appointment but they got me in anyway.
