Quick turnaround of my vehicle for a Recall service. Carlos is always great to work with. What could have been improved this time, was that the person who initially checked in my car and put a numbe Carlos is always great to work with. It was confusing and I had to eventually ask. Turns out I did need to wait with the car and speak with Carlos at the car. The same person went to get my car after the service. I gave him my claim slip and again, no communication. I was waiting in the covered service area and he was out in the street honking the horn of my car for me to come out there. I had no idea that's where he would be. Sure would be helpful if this person communicated better with the customers. More

Very happy with the whole experience. Btw. I drive 20 miles to this dealership even though I live 1 mile from the one in Glendale. The Glendale dealership doesn't even bother to answer their phone.
