My wife and I are extremely happy and satisfied with our experience at LaLonde. The have an awesome Customer Service, Marla Cano worked with my wife and I throughout all steps of the process with extreme at experience at LaLonde. The have an awesome Customer Service, Marla Cano worked with my wife and I throughout all steps of the process with extreme attention to detail and diligence; Marla and the whole LaLonde team were warm welcoming and made us feel that our business and our time were important; Marla came to greet us at dealership's parking lot as we arrived (even before we even walked inside the showroom); vehicles were ready for us to take a test drive; likewise, she also walk us through the dealership premises and introduce us to members of the Service dept. This is our first vehicle we lease at LaLonde, the experience was absolutely great, the process for trade-in our previous lease was smooth and transparent, and Marla took care of all our needs and questions; we will certainly come back for our next vehicle, even though we live about 40 miles away. More

I took my 2006 dodge magnum to get serviced the car would not go over 20 mph we had goten a new car so this one sat for a week untill the new plates came in for this dodge magnum. They still have the car we took it in january 2nd and we still dont have it back so i call and see if marc has worked on it he dose not answer i call a 2nd time same thing dose not answer i call a third i and say call back this is the 3rd time i have call and no answer i have had this car since 2007 each time i go to this dealer i have problems this dealer has had 3 owner crandall milness and now lalonde nothing but bad service go to jim rehils friendly in lapeer better service. More

Vehicle taken in for a recall repair. Repair was a software update. Software update was not successful. Vehicle did not drive off lot and notified service staff immediately of the jolting Repair was a software update. Software update was not successful. Vehicle did not drive off lot and notified service staff immediately of the jolting, loss of power, PTU issue, only to be told to "give it a couple of key cycles." This vehicle was later determined by another dealership to be "unsafe to drive." The other dealership provided a loaner vehicle and repaired vehicle with great customer service. I will never go back to LaLonde for service nor recommend any family for this location. More

Got my truck in April. It had no heat in it. So between April and June they had it 2xs for a total of 3-4 weeks to fix it. Got it back in time for our trip up North for Jul It had no heat in it. So between April and June they had it 2xs for a total of 3-4 weeks to fix it. Got it back in time for our trip up North for July 4th. On the way up, transmission starts to slip. Ok awesome! On the way, slow and steady because of the trans, the diferencial starts to leak. Today's date is Sept 14th! I took my truck in JULY 11TH! THEY STILL HAVE IT!!!! All I get is excuse and, we'll we only have 1 lift that can hold your truck and it's being used. Let me say, I've made 3 900$ truck payments on a truck I haven't even had!!! When I called and asked for any type of help, I got well since you have to pay 700 put of your own pocket, we can give 25% off that. I was told I'd get back 3 weeks ago, then told I'd get it back last week, then I was told Tuesday, it should be done at the end of the day and I can get a call Wednesday. It's not Sept 14th Thursday and no word. And to top it all off, they didn't even give me a courtesy vehicle, I had to borrow from a couple different family members. WORST DEALERSHIP AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER AND I REGRET GETTING MY TRUCK FROM THEM. Do NOT do business with them! More

My wife was super happy to find the right Jeep at LaLonde CDJR. Pete, Ryan and Tyler made sure we had a great experience. They did everything right, allowing us to look around and move at our own pace withou CDJR. Pete, Ryan and Tyler made sure we had a great experience. They did everything right, allowing us to look around and move at our own pace without pressuring us. After she test drove the Grand Cherokee she knew it was the one. Pete worked some numbers up, Tyler presented them, Ryan did the paperwork and we drove away with smiles on everyone’s face! Thanks again Team LaLonde CDJR!!! More
