I brought my NX350h in because the navigation system kept shutting down and rebooting. The technician installed new software but that only made the problem worse. I called Chris to inform him of the problem shutting down and rebooting. The technician installed new software but that only made the problem worse. I called Chris to inform him of the problem he told me he would order a new logic board. Four weeks later the new board arrived and we made an appointment to have it installed. I brought my NX in and about two hours later the new board was installed along with the new software. the following day we took it on a 200 mile round trip and everything worked as it should.
