He let me know when a model that matched my needs arrived, and he was there to show us the vehicle when we arrived at the dealership. I really appreciate the time he took to work with us. If I could give this dealership a zero star I would! Absolutely the worst dealership I have Ever been to! We made a deal on a car I turned my car in at another dealership due to my lease being almost Absolutely the worst dealership I have Ever been to! We made a deal on a car I turned my car in at another dealership due to my lease being almost up we then took a cab to Mazda in Webster to get the car we agreed on. Found out once we got there that the sales person made a mistake on our offer so that offer was off the table I left with no car at all now no apology. We then had to get a ride back home 45 min away we were made another offer which I called about. I received a call back stating that the offer and the car was still available and he would call me back. I received no call back I then finally got a email response after I requested information on the offer wanting to know what was going on explaining that I never got the return call that was supposed to happen two days prior I was then told that car was sold!! So again no car! I was then asked if I wanted a quote on another car I told them yes was told they would get back to me on a quote on that one again no call back! They could careless to the fact that due to there mistake I have no car at all now I would never recommend anyone going to this dealership. More

Excellent service, amazing salesperson Came into the dealership looking for a new car. Marco was extremely knowledgeable about the cars on site and friendly. I was there for over 5 hours, a Came into the dealership looking for a new car. Marco was extremely knowledgeable about the cars on site and friendly. I was there for over 5 hours, and never once did I feel like Marco was pushing me to buy a car, even after asking for 5-6 different cars and test drives. This is a breathe of fresh air compared to other dealerships in the area where they only really see me as a $ sign. Once I decided on a car, Marco helped me pick the trim that I wanted and would fit in my budget. I had asked him how late he was staying when i first arrived and could not help but notice that he stayed later than he originally intended to make sure that I had everything I needed. The financing and paperwork was easy. When I let them know that I needed to get a taxi there (I live 50 min away) they offered to pick me up and drive me to the dealership for free. Salesperson and manager could not get higher marks! Thanks again! More

The finance department Mr. Kixxxxij, was quick and made you feel appreciated, not just another number.
