My name is Alejandro Mulet Campos, owner of a Chevrolet Blazer RS 2019. The assistance provided was not satisfactory, the steering and alignment services, was bad performed, look like no work was made on Blazer RS 2019. The assistance provided was not satisfactory, the steering and alignment services, was bad performed, look like no work was made on it. I get very disappointed with the treat made by Marco Suarez, look like he don't care about if the service was provided well or not, even look like they do not test the car first in order to the customer get a good service, transferring to the client a bad quality care in service and treatment to the client. Michael Tarrau, the manager, was the one interested at the end and because I ask about the refund of the money, but event after leaved the car for two more hours, the result with the steering and alignment services were the same. I still waiting for the refund of the money, so they are more than 2 weeks and I don't received yet the my money back, money that the dealer get before do the service. So, I paid already a bad service, bad customer support, even still waiting to get a refund of the service that was not provided. Will be also nice, when you return a car to the client, a cleaning service of it, that will be transfer more satisfaction to client with the service provided. More

Marcos Suarez is the worse service part agent I ever meet in my entire life. He charge me $324.95 to change my tires for a new ones that I brought to the dealer.For some reason the car doesn't have some kind in my entire life. He charge me $324.95 to change my tires for a new ones that I brought to the dealer.For some reason the car doesn't have some kind of key I have never heard of that but the worse part was his accusations and attitude, his lack of customer service and his tone accusing and according to him talking about facts asking why I had been 2 yrs without visiting the dealer, do you really think that anyone want to visit this place with people like that?. Also and the worse he was asked several times if car need something else and he aways repeat that car was ok, you know what car needs oil change only 6% remaining. Evidently he was focus how he can make more money than my car issues, total rip off and customer service ever, never come back to this place.Final I was waiting for a manager that I request 2 times, answer was that he was too busy, 1 hr waiting with no response. Bad service, especially the service advisor that helped me, Marcos, negative person, I have a lease vehicle, brought in for service, truck was at the dealership for a week, had a check engine stabilitrack me, Marcos, negative person, I have a lease vehicle, brought in for service, truck was at the dealership for a week, had a check engine stabilitrack sensor problem, supposedly they fixed it, following day after pick in up my vehicle same problem, brought vehicle back, service advisor manager told me my vehicle had an issue with a cable, I have to leave the vehicle, I asked for a loaner, they said there is no loaner, I spent half a day at the dealer, missing work, waiting for somebody to turn a vehicle so I can use it for a problem that it was supposed to be fixed from the beginning. Bad experience. All my vehicles are Chevrolet, never had no issues before. First and last time I used this dealership. More
