The staff is very personable, but the service people aren't as thorough as they could be. My salesman, Marcos Ramos, was extremely helpful in providing me with all the vehicle facts and history. He was able to help me find exactly the car I wanted. He was patient with me as I inspected every car I was interested in. He was able to find me a car even better than what I expected that was still within my budget. He is very knowledgeable and I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. I was also very impressed with Michael Georgie in the finance department. He was the friendliest man and was able to walk me through the process step by step. Paperwork was a breeze all thanks to him. I, again, would recommend him to anyone looking to finance their next vehicle. Nothing but good things to say about both of Marcos and Michael.
