My previous lease was coming to the end, and I contacted my prior sales person, Bernard Betsin, with whom I already leased two prior BMW and had positive experience. We discussed what I had in mind and arranged an appointment. Bernard greeted me right at the door. He already had options hand picked for me. We went over them and I was able to choose the car suited to my needs. Review of credit did not take a long time. Afterwards I signed papers with Nathan, who recently started to work at this BMW. I really like and appreciated his advise and choose Tire Protection and Service Plan ( since I believe from 2017 BMW does not cover maintenance services, and it can become quite pricey).
While waiting for my car to be washed , I saw offered water, coffee, snakes.
In addition I received a cine gift, which included a coffee mug, a cap and a key chain with BMW logo.
Initially I set up my heart on silver color. But my off white color was just perfect.
Overall I was very happy with my experiencing. The process of buying and leasing is not a fast one. But Bernard, Marcus , Nathan ( his name not below, since he is new),Brian, Maricela made it very comfortable by caring and providing good individualized customer service, I would definitely recommend this dealership . And I forgot to mention, I received special discount on price as well.

Matt is incredible and really made my car shopping experience the best!! This was my first car and I’m so glad I found Matt. From the very beginning, he was organized, prepared, on time, and ready to work. He was fully engaged, present, and really made me and my friend feel listened to. Matt did his research, drew color coded tables, wrote out numbers, and did whatever was necessary to ensure that all of our questions were answered and that we had all of the information we needed to make a well informed decision. He never pressured us into purchasing and was more than happy to provide details and answer any and all questions. I really felt that he was on our side and was working to get us the best deal possible.
Matt is a hard worker, running around the dealership to get us answers from various departments, efficient, and has an amazing attitude. His charming, easy going nature and friendly disposition is certainly an asset and really makes customers feel at ease and cared for. He’s funny, kind, dedicated, and really went out of his way to make our experience a positive one. He made himself available via text/phone and responded promptly. When the car wasn’t detailed properly, he had it immediately redone. No concern we had was too small and he always treated us respectfully.

Greg Montano and the team at Center BMW are very accommodating and professional. Prior to leasing my 2013 335i sedan there a few days ago I had shopped several dealers. Greg was responsive, straightforward, and gave me the deal I wanted.
The car is perfect - refined, agile, fast, powerful, and packed with technology. Prior to this car I had a 2009 335i, a 2006 330i, and a 2001 330i. This is by far the best one yet. Each time BMW does a minor or major refresh every detail is examined and improved.
For this car, the revised each and every part in the suspension, and in some cases the changes were so minor as to be barely noticeable. Did BMW have to do this? No, but they know their customers expect it. The company has passion and a need to create the best car in its class for two reasons. First, because they hold themselves to a very high standard, second because the competition is never resting, and third because BMW customers expect it.
So you can imaging my dismay and dissapointment when on the second day of new car ownership something flew up from the freeway, scratched my headlight lens and gouged my bumper. I called Greg and he said "bring it down and we'll take a look". Marcus took the car in the service bay and came back 20 minutes later.
The polished it up, trimmed the excess plastic from the bumper, and applied touch up paint. It's not new anymore, but the team at Center BMW did their best to find a solution to my problem.
The team at Center truly understands customer service.
