Internet sales manager Maria and sales rep Leo Lopez was a blast. They did what they promised and all with a big smile. Just a joy to work with and I highly recommend them. Other dealers have a lot to learn a blast. They did what they promised and all with a big smile. Just a joy to work with and I highly recommend them. Professional. I did not feel left out. I mean, I was updated throughout. The whole buying process/experience was done in just 3 hours! I guess it also helped that I did not feel left out. I guess it also helped that I have a pre-approval letter from another company, so it was not hard to get me approved from their own loan company. Rate was good. Misinformation in their ads, fraudulent information from their staff, then a damaged car with Carfax of no reported accidents was the car we traveled their to see. Below is a text stream with Maria, one of the salespeople. She states there is NO cars in stock to text drive, but online inventory showed 38 Crosstreks and 18 Foresters.
