The sales people there are scammers and lie to Subaru employees telling us that the 500 maintenance package covers the tire and rim repair. I went in there trying to sell them my Subaru ascent to get ano employees telling us that the 500 maintenance package covers the tire and rim repair. I went in there trying to sell them my Subaru ascent to get another lease and the management tried to hustle me and asked me to give them 1000 dollars and they would buy out the lease. I told them I didn’t have it so they asked me for 500 cash then I told them I would go somewhere else and they insisted I sell to them and didn’t have to give any money down More

I think the dealership did fine. Not real happy with my Forester at the moment however. The transmission acts like someone is putting on the brakes when slowing down and then when it gets into first, it j Forester at the moment however. I mentioned this before I bought it but was told it shouldn't be anything to worry about. Well, to me it is and feels worse than it did. It may be fine when the roads aren't slick, but it could cause me to slam into the rear end of a car when it is. That problem, and the air conditioner seems to get warm when going around a corner. At this point, I'm just not real happy with it. The car only has 1000 miles on it. I'll let the dealership look at it soon first before I decide what to do. More

I brought my '20 Ascent in for an oil change and requested an inspection of the noisy brakes. I had an appointment scheduled over a week in advance. The oil change took over 2 hours to be completed. requested an inspection of the noisy brakes. I had an appointment scheduled over a week in advance. The oil change took over 2 hours to be completed. The brakes were not inspected at all. It's funny reading all of the high rated reviews stating everyone was so friendly. I feel as if I visited the wrong dealership since the service employees I encountered were unfriendly, unresponsive, and uncaring. Next oil change will be at my local independent repair shop who has friendly employees, does what is requested, and can change oil in less than an hour. In the future I will need to take my Ascent to an Indianapolis Subaru dealer for any warranty work or inspections that are needed. As a Subaru employee it is sad to see the Subaru brand being represented by a below average service department. One positive note that I can leave is Mark Cravatt, our Rohrman salesman who sold us our Ascent, is the best. More
