I work for a company where I do maintenance and repair on roughly 25 fleet vehicles, so I know when something is wrong and what needs to be done to correct it. Anyone can make customers happy when they get a roughly 25 fleet vehicles, so I know when something is wrong and what needs to be done to correct it. Anyone can make customers happy when they get a good car, but here is my experience with this company when you get a bad one. I bought an F-150 here. I paid for a service plan and extended warranty through the manufacturer. Owned for one year, around six months after I bought it, I found out it burned 2-3 quarts of oil within 5,000 miles. It was still under a 60,000 mile warranty from the manufacturer but the service department did not record it like they said they did. I kept getting nowhere with the service department, so I started dealing with the general manager on a buy back or trade in. I was informed that they had talked to the owner and they would make things right by stepping up on their end. In the end, the manager that I talked to about the deal disappeared and after another office personnel called them, they said that was the best they could do, which was regular trade in value. I tried to contact the owner of the company three times over the course of one week to see if there was anymore they would do before I wrote this review, because I wanted to give every chance to make it right but I never received a call back. After almost two weeks of waiting for my check, which I was told should take a week, and a painful number of phone calls to the dealership, they finally got authorization from the owner to write the check. When I picked up the check, I tried to express my frustration with the errors made throughout that I had to pay for and tried to work on a deal. It was left as they would talk to the owner and call me back. I never got a call. I would not recommend dealing with this company unless you want an unprofessional, childish dealer experience. More
