She exemplifies integrity , honesty and truthfulness which are extremely rare qualities in the car buying industry today. She is always positive and upbeat which is contagious and it placed my husband and I at a level of confidence, relaxation and excitement immediately. We also especially enjoyed the personal attention of the Upper Management at Miracle Chrysler as well. We were overly impressed by the fact the General Manager, Mark Ledford, introduced himself to us, and also took a seat and made us feel like we were the most important and only customers in the dealership. I'm in a great 2014 Charger and couldn't be happier. Lifetime Warranty on the big stuff and free maintenance were the icing on the cake of a truly great experience and took a HUGE burden off of me. I felt like they did everything they could to make it work, and give me exactly what I was looking for. I not only got a Jeep, but they got it lifted for me too. I have to say Brad my Salesman, Mark the Sales Manager, Chris the Finance Manger and Heather the Internet Manager did every thing possible to get me what I wanted and make my buying experience perfect. Steve Reynolds the service manager was just as good. During the process of getting my new Jeep lifted he was always sending me pictures and keeping in touch. I love driving my new Jeep and would recommend anybody needing excellent service or sales experiences to go to Miracle CDJR. Take it from me this experience couldnt have got any better. This was probably the most comfortable I've ever been buying a car. "Big" Mike Moore was friendly and laid back. No joke - when I left out from the dealership in my new car, I knew I was in the right vehicle, for the right price, and that I had bought it from the right people. And since it was a Valentine's gift, the wife was pretty happy too. More
