Our sales rep and financial associate were so nice and did an amazing job. Couldn’t be happier with this dealership for going above and beyond to help us get a vehicle in our time of need since we were out a car because mine was in the shop at a Chevy dealership and the Chevy dealership would not offer us a courtesy vehicle. I was surprised because when I went to Honda Murfreesboro they treated me like a Rock Star. I was given the best hospitality, customer service and personalized experience. Listened to what I wanted and not pushy. We have onlynowend Honda’s since being married and love them. We spent the most time with Kelly and Rodney. Both were excellent. Kelly seemed eager to We have onlynowend Honda’s since being married and love them. We spent the most time with Kelly and Rodney. Both were excellent. Kelly seemed eager to help and even though it was busy when we went in made us feel like we were important. Rodney was willing to spend as much time with us getting us acclimated to our new vehicle and wasn’t trying to push us out once we signed all the papers. As nice as Hondas are what keeps us with them is the people that work with us through the sales process. We feel valued when we are at a Honda dealership. I hope we still get the same treatment when we are there for service reasons too. Overall, the employees we worked most with are equal in quality to the products they sell. More
