I had gone to several dealerships prior to Secor, and I really felt like I was being taken advantage of in all of them! My experience at Secor was quite the opposite. Everyone that I dealt with from begi really felt like I was being taken advantage of in all of them! My experience at Secor was quite the opposite. Everyone that I dealt with from beginning to end was very kind and accommodating. I really wanted to give this dealership a 5 star rating, but I felt that the detail department really dropped the ball. I purchased a used Jeep Cherokee, which had white paint primarily on the passenger seat. My dad was able to remove the paint off of the upholstered section of the seat (so it stands to reason that the detail department should have been able to do the same). And I am still waiting for someone to get back to me with a suggestion on how to remove the paint from the leather trim. Also, there was a used chapstick in one of the interior compartments. Not a big deal, but certainly something a competent detail department would have noticed. That being said, it would not deter me from purchasing another vehicle at this dealership. Just be aware if you purchase a used vehicle, you will probably have to clean it more thoroughly when you get it home! More

The sales & service departments make me feel welcome. No pressure from salesperson. I'm want to get another Jeep but I don't think I'll be able to get one just yet maybe mid January. The service dept is very friendly, I prefer to wait in their waiting room. I don't know much about cars, but they make sure I understand what my car is in for service. Usually purchase my cars but how they look & the feeling on the inside. I had one minor issue with no contact, then having to call them. They needed more time. I just needed someone to let me know so I can find alternate transportation. I try to understand the service dept gets backed up. So in the future if the say it'll only take a day, I'll add an extra day & have my transportation on standby, lol. More
