Awesome experience I have had the best experiences at Secor with my Jeep. They are so good about testing to find an issue until they can pinpoint it and fix it for good. Bought my car based on the product, not the dealership First time we walked through we did not get talked to or acknowledged. They made up for it by offering us VIP experience (which we declined). This at least got us to come back to the dealership. Then, showed us what we wanted...nothing more nothing less, which I appreciate. Overall, the dealership could use a positive atmosphere bump to make it seem less quiet, more personable, and more inviting to customers. Overall, Mark Miller was a no non-sense guy that did not try to sell me stuff I did not want or try and convince me one way or another. He let me do my thing which I thought was great! More

Lost my appointment I had to schedule my oil change because of limited availability. (Understandable) However, the available times are not great if you have a regular job I had to schedule my oil change because of limited availability.
