While waiting we looked around and in speaking with Oscar Benavides we mentioned we would like something larger to accommodate more grandchildren. He immediately showed us a new vehicle that was perfect for us. The v6 engine is great for the hilly terrain as well. He listened to us and worked with us to get just what we wanted making this experience quick and painless or stress free. Mark was great in the Finance Department as well. Oscar was excellent, car is great! I had no brand loyalty when I set out to purchase a new car. My only criteria is that I needed one. Dealer after dealer, I started crossing names of I had no brand loyalty when I set out to purchase a new car. My only criteria is that I needed one. Dealer after dealer, I started crossing names of my list. One dealer lied almost immediately. Another one left us outside in 98 degree heat and forgot about us. Hyundai of Cool Springs really stood out. Oscar was pleasant and helpful right off the bat. He was extremely customer minded, courteous, responsive, and knowledgeable. After checking out the vehicle I originally was interested in, he heard a key word of mine and showed me a car not on my radar. In fact, I wasn't looking at cars at all (I was set on SUV's). But this one met all of the criteria I was looking for and then some. After checking out other dealers, Oscar and Hyundai started to stand out more and more. I returned to Hyundai to check out the car one more time and drove it home. I absolutely love the car. Hyundai was already looking good with their 5 year bumper to bumper, but they offered to up it to 10 years for what I believe is a reasonable price. My goal was to buy a car that would last at least 10 years, now I have one that is fully warrantied for 10 years. My only complaints lie with financing. One of the options clearly labeled inside of a purchase category ended up being an extra fee on top of the category it was in. We were able to pass on the options, but this made us feel like we were dealing with traditional car dealers (a feeling we had not felt up to this point). We also didn't like hearing that the normal "bumper to bumper" didn't cover everything between the bumpers. They exclude all 3rd party parts unless you upgrade. This was another minor issue since we upgraded coverage, but it feels cheap, especially if we didn't have the funds to upgrade. Words have meanings and "bumper to bumper" should mean exactly that. Even after that small exception, the overall experience was fantastic and I'll highly consider Hyundai for my next car purchase. More
