WORST COMPANY EVER. If we could give 0 stars we absolutely would. We purchased 1 travel trailer and a fifth wheel in 2023. The problems started before we ever used them. If we could give 0 stars we absolutely would. We purchased 1 travel trailer and a fifth wheel in 2023. The problems started before we ever used them. These were brand new! In fact the list of repairs needed at the walk through was the first red flag. Had we not already paid, we would have cancelled the transaction at that point. Holes in the sofas, dirty interiors, leaking slides, connections set up incorrectly, dryer wiring catching on fire, leaks in the water hook ups from day one. Faulty hot water heater. Nothing was sealed and we had to put caulking around the whole fifth wheel so bugs could not come in. We started using them in March and it has been one thing after another. We have made so many calls to get repairs done and we never are able to get a reliable person to come do the repairs. We are living in the 5th Wheel while we build and we didn't have the rear AC all summer. After calling and leaving messages with service and the warranty department we ended up having to drive over to even talk to someone. They sent a repair man (John) who came and took everything apart in JULY. He ended up ordering parts. Supposedly the first part was incorrect from the manufacturer. Then shipping was delayed. Then he went on vacation. Now he just doesn't answer the calls. Here we are in October and still no AC. If we get a call back from Recreation World (it's extremely rare) it's a miracle. They promised to have someone else to come out and fix the problem. Still nothing. Giant Recreation World does not value their customers. Once you leave the lot do not expect any customer with your warranty. Absolutely none. We work in Sales and we would not treat our customers with complete disregard. If you are considering purchasing with them.....run as fast as you can! Find a company that values their customers. A company that stands behind a product that they sell. Don't expect any help from management either. It's a waste of time. The lifetime warranty is a joke. It doesn't exist. More

Ron Newsom was my salesperson at Giant Recreation World and he was great. He was very knowledgeable and made buying my RV fun. Everyone from Ron to Matthew for my final walkthrough to Jeff who closed my lo and he was great. He was very knowledgeable and made buying my RV fun. Recently my family and I decided that we wanted to look for an RV that we could begin making life long memories with. Upon getting to Giant Recreation in Winter Garden we were met by Jason. He didn't want for an RV that we could begin making life long memories with. Upon getting to Giant Recreation in Winter Garden we were met by Jason. He didn't want to just shove vehicles in our face, he took the time to really listen to what our interests were and what we wanted to do as a family and took his experience to show us multiple options. Once we decided on the vehicle that we liked, he made the entire process really easy. He even entertained our child who had a million questions. Overall this process and feeling with the company was amazing and has been super helpful from beginning to end. More

This is my third purchase from GRW Winter Garden, two travel trailers ( 2015, 2017) and now a 2023 Class C. My experience overall with individual sales persons has been mostly positive. Overbearing and travel trailers ( 2015, 2017) and now a 2023 Class C. My experience overall with individual sales persons has been mostly positive. Overbearing and non camping experienced salespersons have been a big turnoff. Randy Burglund and the entire GRW crew made the recent purchase experience both positive and enjoyable. Working through the difficulties dealing with a manufacturer oversight, Randy kept me informed of the progress of the situation and “so far” everything seems to have been resolved. As I’ve stated in previous reviews the big boys have fancy showrooms and offer free meals … but GRW beats the competition! More

Do not buy from this company. Purchased travel trailer brand new 2022. After a complete inspection they stated that took place, while you are not around, I drove off after sign Purchased travel trailer brand new 2022. After a complete inspection they stated that took place, while you are not around, I drove off after signing only to have the slide not work the first time I was showing someone, a day later. Brand new... It closed down half of the RV and I was unable to access part of the trailer. Service tech has been very Informative through out the process. However the sales team is silent No apologies no compensation for anything. Still not fixed after nearly a month and now had to have two legal teams get involved! No response to lawyers either so it must go to court. I bought a new one to avoid any issues. No response from any of the individuals and the front desk would only allow me to speak with my sales rep. More
