They gave me a written estimate and contacted my insurance company about the cost. The repairs were scheduled to take at least a month as parts had to be ordered and the frame needed to be repaired also. Mark and Emily in the body shop kept me informed of their progress at least twice a week by text message and personal phone calls, The repairs were finished a week earlier then promised and a great job was done More

Great customer service regarding insurance claim! Mark Spatz and staff at the collision center in Rochester, NY made my car repair experience a total joy. Not only did he get me in within a half-hour of calling for an estimate, his staff arranged for Enterprise to come pick me up; had a full estimate prepared for me in a very short period of time; contacted me the same day after he found additional damage and made several recommendations; prepared a second estimate and e-mailed me shortly thereafter; and finished the repairs in about 48 hours. His staff arranged for Enterprise to pick up the car from their location and my car was returned to me fully cleaned (inside and out)!!!! It looked great! Everyone there was professional, smiling and very accommodating. Hands down, I would highly recommend them and use them again. Thank you to all involved. You have restored my faith in dealerships with good old fashioned caring and follow-through. More

Knock your socks off service and craftsmanship My vehicle was rear-ended in a recent snow storm and, based on my purchasing experience with Patrick GMC I advised my insurance carrier at the outset My vehicle was rear-ended in a recent snow storm and, based on my purchasing experience with Patrick GMC I advised my insurance carrier at the outset that I would be taking my vehicle to Patrick collision for repairs. I did not consider any other location and was well served by my decision. From the moment I walked into the collision center I felt like I belonged there. Mark and Chelsea genuinely welcomed me and my wife. Mark reviewed the appraiser’s damage report, determined how quickly he could have the parts then asked me what date was best for me. While he was very accommodating, I selected the first date available. My insurance agent told me to call their office once I determined a repair date and they would arrange a rental. Chelsea said she would be happy to do this for me immediately and added they have an Enterprise satellite office on premises. She and I discussed this and rather than give me directions to the satellite office, she insisted on escorting my wife and I there, made the introductions and statement of needs to the Enterprise rep. When I left I had nothing else to do – they did it all! A couple days later I received a call from them and was advised the repair was going smoothly and given the date to pick up my vehicle. When I drove the rental back to their collision center I noticed my vehicle parked outside and it looked very clean. I had intended to go to a car wash on the return home and never expected the vehicle would be washed for minor rear-end repairs. My wife, dog and I were welcomed back by Mark and Chelsea and we finished the business transaction with ease. Mark and Chelsea are pet friendly and I know my dog enjoyed interacting with them as well. When I went to get my vehicle I could not help but notice how shinny it was and assumed that was due to the bright sunshine. As soon as I opened the door I saw a protective paper mat on the driver’s side floor and felt appreciative care was exercised with my car. As I moved to be seated I quickly became aware the entire interior had been cleaned. All windows, seats, dash, carpets, etc., shined. When I removed the paper mat I realized they had also washed my winter floor mats as the salt stains were removed. I exited to return to the shop to extend my appreciation and noticed tire dressing was applied to each tire. My car looked showroom ready! Who does that? Once inside the office I offered my amazement and genuine appreciation for the incredible care and customer service I received. Truly, they know how to exceed customer expectations. They seemed somewhat humbled by the gratitude, offering this is the way Patrick does business and the customer experience is important to everyone in the company. I trust Patrick’s senior executive will extend my deepest appreciation to the entire collision team for a job very, very well done. More

Patrick made arrangements with two different insurance companies to cover the damage and make the two different accident repairs in one visit. They also arranged for my meeting with the insurance agents representing the responsible insured party. The repairs were done in less time than anticipated and the work was excellent. Patrick also arranged for a rental car to be there at the body shop the day I dropped off my car for repair and I returned the rental car right there at the body shop after the repair was complete. Patrick made the whole process simple and worry free for me. The only disappointment I had was when the job was done, I was a little sad it was over because the Patrick staff was so friendly and fun to work with. I will hope for no more body damage, but if it happens, I know where to go. I highly recommend Patrick Collision repair. More

I had a pretty nasty bender with my dodge Ram. Being as I really like my truck I wanted it fixed to look new again.I was dreading the entire experience. I have to say that Patricks made this a painless expe really like my truck I wanted it fixed to look new again.I was dreading the entire experience. I have to say that Patricks made this a painless experience. 5 minutes after pulling in they had my truck inside washing it off and assessing the overall damage. while they were doing this enterprise rental came to the desk, they are located on site. All told I was there for about 25 minutes and I left in a nice new rental car. Later the same day they called me with the estimate and the estimated completion date. All was satisfactory to me and the forged ahead with my repairs. I picked up my truck today...on the day promised,and WOW! My truck looks great. Sparkling and new. I really could not be happier. And I was able to just drop off the rental keys to them,they took care of the rest. Absolutely grade A. I would recommend them to anyone. Great service,great job,and they keep you informed of the progress on your vehicle. More
