Wow. What an amazing experience with every person I came in contact with. They were knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and went above and beyond to make car buying easy. I had shopped several car types an in contact with. They were knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and went above and beyond to make car buying easy. I had shopped several car types and contacted multiple dealerships, so knew what I wanted when I reached out for a quote. The team at Norm Reeves was superior compared to the other dealerships I was (at the time) getting quotes from, and that is why I purchased my car from them. The price was transparent and they did not give me the run-around or waste my time. They were willing to work with me by phone, email, text -- and bring the car to my house. There was no high pressure ridiculousness, just respect for me as a consumer. This dealership has won a loyal customer for life. Thank you Isabella, Mark, Andy and Gerrie. Mark was everything a car sales person should be. He was patient and knowledgeable. He showed me all of the features of the car and explained why he thought I would benefit from using them- after taking th patient and knowledgeable. I felt like Mark cared about me as a person and the relationship. I would wholeheartedly refer my friends and family to Mark and know they would have a great experience. More
