Markus Hartley...Mr Whatever it takes! Markus Hartley helped us find the perfect car at the perfect price. We didn't know until after the deal was closed that he came in to meet with us ON Markus Hartley helped us find the perfect car at the perfect price. We didn't know until after the deal was closed that he came in to meet with us ON HIS DAY OFF!!! We had met him previously when we visited the dealer and he was very friendly and knowledgable about the cars we were interested in buying. I called him while I was at work and let him know the models we were looking at. He had all of the models up front ready to test drive by the time I arrived at the dealership. Great guy that worked with us to get us the deal we were looking for, Give him a call for sure! More

Was happy to give Markus my business for a third time! The lease on my vehicle was coming to an end and I knew it was time to begin figuring out which vehicle I wanted next. I knew that I wanted to return The lease on my vehicle was coming to an end and I knew it was time to begin figuring out which vehicle I wanted next. I knew that I wanted to return to Ford Lincoln of Franklin because the customer service is incredible. They make buying/leasing a car very easy! I drive almost an hour to the dealership from my home in Goodlettsville and I pass SEVERAL other Ford dealerships on the way. I enjoyed talking with Buddy Victory going over the paperwork and finance details because he was very friendly and prompt. As always, Markus listened to what I wanted and started pulling some cars from inventory to help me find a car that had exactly the options and combination I was looking for. I am happy to give Ford Lincoln of Franklin my business again because I know that I can depend on them to find the exact car I am looking for. I was recently showing my car to a friend who is also wanting to get a Ford Edge and he asked why I drove all the way to Franklin to get it. I told him that the great experience I have there is worth every mile I drive to get there. More
