First time Sahara jeep owner and without a doubt, one of the worst experiences in buying a new vehicle. Now that there is a "death wobble" that is covered under warranty but that has not been repaired corre the worst experiences in buying a new vehicle. Now that there is a "death wobble" that is covered under warranty but that has not been repaired correctly, everyone at the dealership went dark. Now I have to spend my time dealing with Mopar and NCDS and oh have I learned quite a bit. Even with class actions on this condition, it does not keep them from selling this car. Beware of Firkins as they will ignore you... and if you dream of owning a jeep, think long and hard. Research "death wobble" as this will likely happen to you. More

Firkins Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram gave me one of the best auto purchases I've had. And being a commuter, I've purchased MANY cars/trucks over the years. From the first phone call looking for the basic information, my salesman, Matthew Steel, was phenomenal. Zero pressure, super fast response, actually listened and provided me promptly with every bit of information I asked for. All with a very pleasant and jovial personality that was a pleasure to work with. Being 2 hours away I asked for some starting figures on our deal to avoid a wasted trip. Not only did they provide me the information, it was supplied quickly and in writing. I was well educated on both vehicles pricing and their direct pricing was spot on from first offer with a very generous and fair offer. I was greeted promptly upon arrival, taken directly to the vehicle discussed with no upsale switch pressure. It was clean and exactly, if not better, than advertised and photographed. The deal was made with zero stress and I was in financing to close the paperwork with no wait. My finance guy had 42 years experience and was the perfect fit. No pressuring me into additional purchases, but very informative and helpful on available products and warranties to help decide what if anything further was needed. We were done in a flash, very organized and professional. On leaving I was greeted by the Pre-owned director himself, Gino Finelli and thanked for my purchase. It was a nice touch. Now for service after the sale which is icing on a terrific cake! The next day I needed to activate my Sirius Gaurdian/radio and needed them to send a fax of the sale to Sirius so they could activate my account. My salesman had his first day off in a couple weeks, and normally would be the go to person to get what I needed. I received a call back within the hour from Mr. Finelli himself who stepped in to help get me what I needed! Simply outstanding service! If that's not enough, the day after that I realized I left a piece of personal property in my former vehicle. I called my salesman who immediately went and rechecked for me. He found it and let me know right away putting my mind at ease. There just isn't anything they could have done better, and no place else I will be shopping in the future. We live on the Florida east coast. I talked to two local Florida dealers regarding a CPO 2020 Pacifica Limited, and discovered that advertised pricing meant nothing. I contacted Firkins because they had a low mileage 2020 CPO Pacifica Limited. They advertised a very good internet price for the Pacifica. When I called, I was greeted by Marly Saxton, a customer service agent, who answered questions and said she would get me the out-the-door selling price. I was skeptical based on my previous dealer experiences. Within an hour, I had an email from our pre-owned sales consultant Brett McCant with the purchase price, including tax and license fees and to my surprise, they honored the advertised price. They are up-front about their dealer fee and transaction fee. I called him back and made the deal. Very fair and agreeable pricing. We drove the four hours to Firkins to pick-up the Pacifica and were met by Brett, who was very helpful in answering questions. Financing was completed quickly and efficiently by Kristine Scherer. The paperwork was done and we left with the car thinking how pleasant and professional the entire process was to complete. It is no wonder that Firkins has so many 5-star ratings. Halfway up I received an email the truck had sold. I called and spoke to the manager and was obviously upset because we had a contract. The manager than called me back to explain the “mistake”. I arrived at the dealership. I test drove the truck and told the salesman about the stutter in the truck when the gears shifted. He acted like he had no idea what I was talking about. After a three hour process and a price higher than the contract, I finally drove two hours home. Upon returning to my town I took my truck to a Chevy dealership and was told it need a transmission flush. I was not happy with the service and questionable dealings with your dealership More

My credit isnt the greatest and yet they never made me feel and less important. All the people that helped me from sales to finance were amazing.
